Rectifier Modules
Assorted Single and Three Phase Bridges, Doublers and Center Tap Rectifiers, Voltage Multipliers, and Rectifier Modules are available in a variety of packages. Most modules utilize silicon hermetically sealed glass-passivated rectifiers with a high temperature cavity-free junction and are metallurgically bonded to provide reliable performance in harshest of environments. The high temperature range of these epoxy-encapsulated units extends up to 175°C. The epoxies PD&E use have an extremely high dielectric breakdown voltage while maintaining excellent mechanical strength. Modules are also available in hermetically sealed packages utilizing glass-to-metal seal construction. Standard plating for all package devices is tin, with silver and gold plating available upon request. Rectifier modules are manufactured and tested to commercial, military, or customers specifications and are available in a multitude of configurations.
