High Voltage Rectifiers
High Voltage Rectifiers are available as Solid-State Tube Replacements, Cartridge Replacements, Axial Lead Stick Replacements, and Module Assemblies. The typical ratings of these products extend to voltages of 40,000 volts and to currents of 3 amperes. The construction of these modules allows for the use in stressful conditions without detriment to the units physical form or its functional capabilities. Stable operation of these components can be observed at temperatures extending up to 175°C. All materials utilized are environmentally resistant to a wide variety of conditions, which offer the utmost in reliability for high power capabilities while maintaining a compact size. Parts may be assembled using commercial or military semiconductors and be designed to meet commercial, military, or custom specifications.
