Discrete Rectifiers
Silicon Rectifiers, Zeners, and Transient Voltage Suppressors are available in a variety of JEDEC-type packaging with a wide variety of voltage and current ratings. Hermetically sealed packages are available in glass, ceramic, and metal while moisture resistant packages are available in plastic and epoxy. Stable operation can be observed at temperatures up to 190°C with reverse voltage ratings up to 1500 volts and forward current ratings up to 300 amperes. Standard plating for all metal package devices is tin with silver and gold plating available upon request. Every unit that PD&E supplies can be tested and processed to meet commercial, military, or custom specifications.
